Recommending: eh.

Short Review: Well lots of secrets are revealed in this novel. I was surprised by most of them! I won't spoil any of course :D

The middle dragged like crazy. Almost nothing happened for the longest time and i was bored. This book claims to be less pages than the first, but it has less events happening.

Best Part:
Spense! And very pretty chapter headings :D
Worst Part: Insta love crazed.
Thoughts Had: Pretty!; Hardcore bitch!; Yucky insta!

Conclusion

Continuing the Series:
yep.
Recommending: yep.

Short Review: For starters, i wish i had an actual copy of this book, the chapter headings were so cute and i bet they were in color and i want to see them. Secondly, Candy is one hardcore b for sure. I hateddddd the insta love in this book for sure. I get it, guy has some nice abs, don't think i need to be remind every chapter about it. The disease that Candy has stinks, i couldn't image having that issue! I really hope nothing bad happens because of it. It did drag a bit in the middle but the suspense of trying to figure out what her dad was up to, kept me interested.

Short Review: Well upon reading this story, i soon realized i eat to feel better just like Mercy. Which upset me. I was very engrossed in the book, my only issue was that it dragged in the middle and had too much about the food. And how dare you plot twist like that?!? I was very unprepared for that!! I almost bawled my eyes out! Shesh, next time give me some warning before you rip my heart out.

Short Review: I just love that cover. I loved the MC. I connected to her right away. I loved the pictures included in this book. I loved the way it was written. I almost cried towards the end! Then i legit shed a tear with that ending!!!! IT was a very moving book. Both the MC and the love interest live hard lives and i was hoping for a happy ending. I was scared for a bit, but it bounced back :D

Worst Part: Misplaced genre
Overall Feels Felt: Pretty pics; Whoa; Cute ending!

Conclusion

Recommending: eh. see short review first.
Misc.: ARC copy.

Short Review: Okay so this book was okay. Honestly they genre should be different maybe. The fae part is only maybe 10%. The rest is sex! THIS WHOLE BOOK IS ABOUT SEX! I didn't know that going in but that's all they talk about. They have to sell their bodies to get more food and that's all that goes down most of the time. If i knew that i doubt i would have requested a copy. So beware of that.

Oh and you really never know who is writing this "book". it's confusing at times and i just gave up trying to figure it out.

The Paper Magician

**I received a free copy of this via NetGallery in exchange for an honest review**

Title: The Paper Magician
Series: The Paper Magician Trilogy #1
Author: Charlie N. Holmberg
Rating: 4.5 Stars

Wow. I wasn't expecting much from this book, but i was wrong.

The MC Ceony is just great. She's stubborn, strong, brave, and can kick some butt. I loved reading from her POV.

The plot was unique, I would've loved to have the other binding described so I understood it more. Being able to bind paper sounds very interesting. Who wouldn't want a paper dog? Hello no picking up poop!

Ceony's adventure through Emery's heart was amazing. It was crazy and there was such good details written about each scene, I felt like i was there. It did drag some thou while she was in the actual heart. I really like seeing the past memories but i didn't need 20 pages of her trying to force herself through cell walls.

It did lack action. I like my books to have some fighting going on, or something along those lines. There was a few scenes but not enough to satisfy my need!

Overall I enjoyed this book, good strong MC and a unique plot. I will continue with the series :]
