Short Review: Think this will be the end of the series for me, i just can't get into these at all. The writing throws me off too much. Far too many sex scenes (yes i know it's about sex trafficking, but still). I tried the audio for this one, just can't keep my attention on it. Oh well. I cringe whenever i heard the MC's name, Lisbeth, not sure why, but it just makes me feel weird. First half of the book was boring, nothing really happened, you find out about the murder and he does some "investigating" but not much. I might give the movies a try and see if i can follow those better.

Short Review: Everyone thinks they're Nancy freaking Drew these days. Girl gets killed and you think "Maybe i'll figure this out even thou the cops and school staff and family has told me to not do this...". Freaking genius this one. The girl's brother rubbed me wrong the whole time, and i'm glad the MC didn't start to like him. The ties between the girl and this Lee guy, made a bit of sense, but not enough for me to believe the story. It was an okay start for the series but not the best i've read.

Worst Part: Too fast of an ending
Thoughts Had: Wait, who did it?!

Conclusion

Continuing the Series:
Yes
Recommending: Sure

Short Review: The MC is growing up! Well kinda, she gets a job! But she still spends too much time hung up on her boyfriend Ryan, who for some weird reason had to bulk up in this book, which set the MC off, too much sexual tension there. Poppy was still "dealing" with her break up. Rose starting working with a teacher whose name is very near Frankenstein. Their mom spent all this book in Italy, and we have some weirdness going on with another family member. The answer behind the doubles was too fast and not very well explained at all. It's a short book, but still, really could've cut out some stuff (like Ryan's football practices) and explained things better.

Conclusion

Eh
Recommending: Eh

Short Review: How full of yourself do you need to be to only ever go by your full name?! Looking at you Nicholas Flamel! Get over yourself please, k thanks! The twins were too nice, i have a younger brother (less than 2yr difference) and we never get along, and from what i've seen with other twins, they disagree a lot. The twins in the book thou, nah, honestly i was half expecting them to start making out at some point, really, sorry. Barely any action, bored me greatly. Meh.

Best Part:
How the author tied all the POVs together!
Worst Part: Whiny girls
Thoughts Had: What a twist!

Conclusion

Continuing the Series:
Yes
Recommending: Yes

Short Review: This was a very interesting book, i think better than book 1. It was hella long thou, 613pgs or 18hrs! I really liked the multiple POVs. Henry thou, i wanted to smack this child! I get that he missed Louie but he did some real dumb shit just to see Louie. The twist i did see coming, the author did some good foreshadowing, so if you're paying attention, it won't take you by surprise, but it's still a good enough twist that i didn't mind that part. The crippled girl (sorry forget name) broke my heart thou, i totally understand why she would want to stay in the dream world. The radio show girl was too whiny for me, she faked an engagement to get more radio time, her greed almost got her!

Conclusion

Recommending: Meh

Short Review: This book is 30% plot and 45% sex, then 25% Dallas freaking out about being married and being called by her new name. For real, there is at least 5 sex scenes in this book, all of them the same 2 people, we get it, you like to fuck each other, lets move the fuck on already. The plot was okay, people are being influenced to kill themselves, but how? The explanation made zero sense (view spoiler)

Yes

Short Review: I want to stop reading these, i really do, but i've invested too much into them so i must finish. "Ethan gave off moans of pleasure with every bite" AND THEY'RE JUST EATING FOOD!!!! WTF. No. Stop this. Write about an actual event instead. It took about 2hrs for this to even get to the major issue. WHICH IS THE SAME DAMN ISSUE IT'S BEEN FOR FOUR FUCKING BOOKS. The humans no like vampires. Vampires no care. Humans try to fight vampires. Vampire win because they're vampires. Humans rally up bigger in the end. Ethan and what's her face (because i legit do not even care about her or her name or anything about her at all) have sex. The End. I just saved you 6hrs of reading. You're welcome.
