Short Review: I am in love with historical fiction, especially books set between the 1920's and 1950's. I love seeing how much the world has changed and not changed. I felt so bad for Flora, it wasn't fair to her to have to deal with all that just because she was black. I loved the Hooverville stuff, very nice. Just a good book :D

  1. Great review. This book is on my TBR list. I hope I’ll get a chance to read it sometime this summer.
